Overview – Cancellation Policy
1. Event Cancellation by Participant
- If a participant wishes to cancel their registration, the following policy applies:
- Cancellation before 5 days of the event – 100% refund.
- Cancellation within 2 days of the event – No refund.
2. Event Cancellation by The Erisha Foundation
- In the unlikely event that The Erisha Foundation cancels or reschedules an event, registered participants will be offered:
- A full refund, OR
- The option to transfer their registration to a future event.
3. No-Show Policy
- If a registered participant fails to attend the event without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
4. Cancellation Request Process
- To request a cancellation, please email us at theerishafoundation@gmail.com with your registration details. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5 – 7 business days.

1. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds will be issued only as per the Cancellation Policy (Refer here).
- Processing fees or administrative charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.
2. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 – 7 business days and credited to the original payment method used for registration.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- No refund will be provided in case of:
- Last-minute cancellations as per our cancellation timeline.
- No-show at the event.
- Violation of event rules leading to removal from participation.
